Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talentry ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators, employees, and candidates.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Each user must have a unique account; sharing credentials is prohibited
  • Company administrators are responsible for managing access within their organization
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform without authorization
  • Use the Platform to discriminate against individuals in violation of employment laws
  • Share confidential employee data outside authorized channels

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Talentry a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Talentry. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies. Company administrators may request immediate data deletion through the Compliance tools.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
