When you use our HR platform, we also collect employment-related data such as attendance records, leave requests, payroll information, and performance reviews as entered by you or your organization.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining the HR management platform services
  • Processing payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Sending transactional notifications (e.g., leave approvals, payslip availability)
  • Improving our services through aggregated analytics

  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

  • Active employee data: retained for the duration of employment plus 6 months
  • Audit logs: retained for 2 years
  • Payroll records: retained as required by applicable tax and employment laws
  • Authentication tokens: automatically purged after expiry
