Devotrix Inc is hiring for an exciting client project building an AI-powered enterprise compliance platform for financial institutions.

The system transforms regulatory compliance into a strategic advantage using trusted, explainable AI - helping banks, credit unions, and financial institutions manage complex regulatory requirements through intelligent document processing, policy automation, and AI-driven compliance workflows.

Role: Full-Stack Product Engineer
Location: Remote (Full-time from Bangladesh)
Compensation: 130,000-150,000+ BDT (flexible for exceptional fit)
Summary
Full-Stack Developer to deliver end-to-end features - spanning React front-ends and Python APIs. Collaborate with design, backend, and AI teams to create performant, accessible interfaces backed by reliable services.

Responsibilities

  • Build front-end features in React (TypeScript), prioritizing accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency (Chakra UI or similar).

  • Develop/extend Python (FastAPI) APIs and integrate PostgreSQL data models to support UI workflows.

  • Consume/define REST/WebSocket contracts; ensure type-safe client interactions (OpenAPI-driven).

  • Implement state management (React Query, Redux Toolkit) for real-time, data-heavy UIs.

  • Work with Azure Cognitive Search and vector databases for semantic search UI components.

  • Apply performance best practices (code-splitting, lazy loading, caching) and write automated tests across the stack.

  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), and agile ceremonies; document components, endpoints, and flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional software experience with substantial full-stack delivery.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/React (hooks, context) and component-driven development.

  • Hands-on with Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL/SQL, and API design.

  • Comfort with Git/GitHub, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Clear communication and documentation across time zones.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI-powered UI features (chat, semantic search) and vector search integrations.

  • Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Financial services or compliance domain exposure.

  • Experience with Azure cloud services and WebSocket real-time communication.

  • Knowledge of document viewing and annotation UIs.
